Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most Reebok products in their original condition. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products and final sale gear, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or carrier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
